Convocation Schedule and Invitations:

The Convocation Ceremony is conducted twice annually. All eligible students receive an official invitation letter at their registered postal address at least one months before the event date.

Each graduating student is provided with three guest passes, allowing them to share their proud moment with family or friends.

The event is typically held at the Public Auditorium in Abbottabad, and if scheduling requires, the ceremony is conducted in a grandly arranged events hall to ensure a memorable and elegant experience for every attendee.

A Ceremony of Prestige and Joy:
